We process personal data exclusively on one of the legal bases set out in Art. 6 para. 1 GDPR:

• Consent of the data subject (lit. a)
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (lit. b)
• Compliance with a legal obligation (lit. c)
• Pursuit of legitimate interests (lit. f)

Personal data is stored only for as long as required for the respective purpose, or as legal retention periods require. Transfer to third parties takes place only if necessary to fulfill the processing purpose, or if a legal obligation exists.

Each time this website is accessed, our hosting provider automatically records data that your browser transmits to our server:

• IP address of the requesting device (truncated after 7 days)
• Date and time of access
• Name and URL of the requested file
• Amount of data transferred and status message
• Referrer URL (previously visited page)
• Browser used, its version, and operating system

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR. Legitimate interest: technically reliable provision of the website, evaluation of system stability, and defense against abusive access.

Storage period: a maximum of 7 days, after which automatic deletion or anonymization occurs. This data is not combined with other data sources.

This website uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. local storage). Cookies are small text files stored in your browser; they contain no programs and cannot cause harm.

We distinguish between two categories:

• Technically necessary cookies are required for the website to function correctly (e.g. storing your language or cookie preferences). They are set without consent on the basis of § 25 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 TTDSG.
• Consent-required cookies (e.g. reach measurement, marketing, embedded third-party content) are set only after your express consent under § 25 Abs. 1 TTDSG in conjunction with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR.

If you contact us via the partner form, by email, or by phone, we process the data you submit in order to handle your request and answer your questions.

Categories of data collected:

• Mandatory information: company, industry, role, shipment volume, desired service, name, email, phone
• Optional information: further requirements, pickup locations, preferred start, remarks

Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (initiation of a contractual relationship), and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR for the voluntarily provided information (consent).

Storage period: until your request has been finally processed — and in any case no longer than 24 months, unless statutory retention periods (e.g. commercial or tax law) require otherwise. The data is then deleted.

This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Straße 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. The provider processes the data listed under "Server logs" exclusively on our behalf, under a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

Data processing takes place in data centers within the European Union. No transfer to third countries occurs.

You have the following rights against us at any time concerning the personal data that relates to you:

The authority responsible for our registered office is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information), Friedrichstraße 219, 10969 Berlin.

We employ technical and organizational security measures under Art. 32 GDPR to protect your data against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction, or access by unauthorized persons.

All data transmissions between your browser and this website are encrypted exclusively via the TLS protocol (HTTPS). Our security measures are continuously reviewed and adapted in line with technological developments.

This privacy statement is dated July 2026. As our website and the services offered develop, or due to changing legal or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to update this statement.
